For commercial usage, there will be an extra 10 USD / 80.000 IDR for each commission.
The commission will take 2 - 10 days to finish (depends on the type and amount of commission(s)).
If you want the commission to be done in 24 - 52 hours, there will be an extra 6 USD / 50.000 IDR for each commission.
